Gravimetric control system (GCS) constantly monitors the raw material consumption (for example for the pipelines the mass flow [kg/h] and the metric wight [kg/m]) and compares it to the haul-off speed [m/min]. If any deviation of the actual metric weight from its calculated value occurs, GCS corrects the parameter to the set point.
