Extron pipe die heads are supplied with interchangeable die tooling, which allows a wide range of pipe sizes to be produced with the same basic head. The computer designed spiral distributor enables maximum utilization of the total extruder throughput.

Optimized flow channel geometry of the die head ensures low pressure build-up and excellent distributing properties resulting in top quality pipes. Ancillary equipment for special applications. e.g. for making colour stripes on the pipes, are also available.
